Center or Excellence
Special Olympics Digital Center of Excellence (COE) has been launched to create an organization-wide set of software solutions for programs to use. This enables us to leverage best practices, minimize cost, and enable each program’s software to be able to talk to each other on a central platform.
The COE is designed to drive innovation and improvement. This creates an organizational structure that encourages the different members to measure, experiment, and push each other forward.
Right now the COE is focusing on developing an online solution for athlete, coach, volunteer, donor, and data management.
